Place discovered by chance after a walk in the mountains. Very good food, quick to serve. Congratulations to all the staff... very kind and very helpful.

This time too there was no room... But we took the takeaway and sat in the equipped area nearby a few meters away. The bisaltines and beers are delicious. Friendly and helpful staff. But book!!!! Well done, well done. Must try.

Family lunch for my husband's birthday yesterday. All delicious, spoiled for choice between starters and the first courseDay in different versions of sauce for all tastes, varieties of polenta and what about the Bisaltine? A show. Warm and welcoming environment as well as the managers of the place who are very nice and absolutely helpful. We had a great time and will definitely be back soon

Often the welcome can go beyond expectations. We chose this beautiful refuge for a family birthday. We were welcomed and pampered with 1000 attentions. The place is well furnished and warm, tidy and not too noisy. The traditional Piedmontese dishes are prepared with care and attention. The "Giro polenta" solution is interesting both for the good taste of the polenta and for the choice of sauces. I recommend the cheese cream and the sparkling barbera....thank you

Gnocchi with light cheese sauce, with creamy dressing, with a not too aggressive taste, suitable for everyone, even those who don't like too tasty cheeses. The vegetarian bisaltina (with the pinsa as a base) is rich in vegetables sautéed in chunks, very seasoned and oily. The prices are fair. On the appetizer menu, bisaltine (pinse) with multiple fillings, polenta with a choice of sauce, homemade desserts including fiordilatte ice cream prepared by them with a topping of your choice. Fast and very friendly service.
